Reina is an accomplished and experienced teacher (Primary/Junior Levels), early childhood educator, project manager, and administrator with a proven record of performance and leadership.

 

Reina works alongside clients to help them achieve their education and sustainability objectives. Caring, dedicated, and resourceful, Reina designs educational programs and experiences incorporating best practices and current pedagogy. She especially enjoys collaborating with clients to help them facilitate learning experiences that are meaningful, memorable, and transformative.

Reina is a gifted certified teacher and early childhood educator. She has worked with school boards, child care centres, outdoor education programs, charitable organizations, community development initiatives, universities, and departments within Canada's federal public service.

An effective communicator, facilitator, and advocate with strong interpersonal skills, Reina is deeply committed to connecting children, youth, and families to the natural world.

Reina is passionate about community engagement and is a member of the following professional associations and communities of practice:

 

Reina earned degrees in education (University of Ottawa, Comprehensive School Health Cohort) and law (Carleton University). She has also completed a certificate in early childhood care and education (Capilano University), and Forest and Nature School training (Forest School Canada). 

Her most cherished pastime is being on a trail in any season and enjoying the outdoors with her family and friends in the Gatineau Hills.
